Ford India has revealed the new 2019 Figo facelift ahead of its launch on March 15, 2019. The Ford Figo facelift comes with a host of updates to the exterior design, features and also gets new engine options. The India-spec Figo facelift is identical to the Euro-spec Ka+ hatchback which was revealed last year.
The Ford Figo facelift features a revamped front end with a new honeycomb grille, bumper and C-shaped chrome bezels around the fog lamp. The side profile of the car remains the same and gets 15-inch alloy wheels. The rear profile of the hatchback will also feature a new bumper and slightly tweaked tail light cluster.
The interior of the Figo facelift will feature a revamped dashboard and will be equipped with more features such as engine start/stop button, automatic headlamps and much more. The Figo also features a floating touchscreen infotainment system. The hatchback will also get standard safety features such as dual airbags, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors and speed alert system.
The Ford Figo facelift will draw power from a 1.2-litre Dragon series petrol engine mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and the top-spec automatic model will get the bigger 1.5-litre engine coupled with a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. The diesel model will be powered by the existing 1.5-litre unit mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
