Tata Motors has launched the 2019 Nexon Kraz edition in the Indian market to celebrate the 1 lakh unit sales of the compact SUV. The Tata Nexon Kraz edition is offered in two variants: Kraz (Manual) and Kraz+ (AMT) priced at ₹7.57 lakh and ₹8.17 lakh, respectively. Both prices are ex-showroom (Delhi).
Tata Motors states that the Nexon Kraz edition comes with ten styling highlights on the exterior and interior. On the exterior, the Nexon Kraz edition gets a new Tromso Black colour scheme with the roof finished in Sonic-Silver colour. The special edition SUV also gets Tangerine colour highlights on the ORVMs, front grille and wheels and a Kraz badge on the tailgate.
The interior of the Tata Nexon Kraz edition also gets Tangerine accents on the seats with contrast stitching and around the AC vents. Other highlights of the interior include piano black dashboard and piano black accents on the door, console and steering wheel.
The Tata Nexon Kraz draws power from the same 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol and 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine. The engines are mated to a 6-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. The Nexon also comes with three driving modes: Eco, City and Sport. The Tata Nexon is also India’s only car to score a 5-star safety rating in Global NCAP crash tests.
