Chinese motorcycle manufacturer CFMoto is all set to enter the Indian market with four motorcycles. Now, CFMoto has revealed the new launch date after it postponed the launch, which was supposed to take place on July 4, 2019. The delay was caused due to bad weather conditions in Mumbai. CFMoto will launch the motorcycles in India on July 19, 2019 and the launch event will be held in Bangalore.
CFMoto has partnered with AMW Motorcycles to start its India operations. CFMoto will launch four motorcycles in India: CFMoto 300NK, 650NK, 650MT and 650GT. The new bikes will come to India via CKD (Completely Knocked Down) route and will be assembled by AMW Motorcycles in Bangalore.
The CFMoto 300NK is a naked motorcycle which rivals the KTM 390 Duke. The 300NK draws power from a 292.4cc single-cylinder engine that produces 33bhp and 20.5Nm of torque. The CFMoto 300NK comes loaded with features such as USD forks, TFT screen for the digital instrument cluster, LED headlamp, dual-channel ABS and much more.
The CFMoto 650NK, 650MT and 650GT draws power from a 649cc twin-cylinder engine and the power output varies for each motorcycle. The 650NK is a naked motorcycle, the 650MT is an adventure tourer and the 650GT is a sports tourer motorcycle. Expect the pricing to be competitive as the motorcycles are assembled in India. More details will be revealed on July 19, 2019.
